Dynamic marketing communications firm specializing in Business-to-Business, Business-to-Consumer, and Technology, in Nashua, NH is looking for a high energy and multi-disciplined Graphic Designer.

In this role, you will conceive and implement design projects on both a strategic and tactical level, drawing on strong visual composition skills and professional design experience across multiple media platforms including print, trade show and event graphics, web design, PowerPoint presentations, video and Flash multimedia presentations, direct mail, email campaigns, corporate logos & identity packages, etc.

You must also have the ability/interest in taking full responsibility for implementing ALL design efforts from concept to delivery including oversight of all production. The ability to work directly with our clients, assess their needs, understand their company brand requirements, and design within tight deadlines in a multi-tasking mode is critical. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelors degree or working equivalent and at least 3-5 years of agency experience supporting multiple clients in a fast-paced, high output environment. Both MAC and PC proficient.

A demonstrated experience and proficiency with a variety of online and offline design media and knowledge of the basic design principles: Layout, color theory, typography, timing etc. A portfolio is required with resume submission.

• Proven ability and experience with the latest design tools, including, but not limited to, the following: Adobe® Illustrator, Adobe® Photoshop, Adobe® InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe® /Macromedia Dreamweaver and Adobe® /Macromedia Flash; Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong ability to prioritize and work independently. Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously with fast turnaround
• Excellent time and project management skills. Must be able to work well in a close-knit team environment that is fast paced
• Ability to assess creative projects accurately and efficiently to understand their required scope of work, resource requirements, milestone plan and schedule
• Solid written communications with the ability to create and track project status reports, generate professional communications via email to clients and vendors regarding project needs
• Solid interpersonal and verbal communications skills necessary to communicate in a professional and timely manner to clients and vendors
• Positive, supportive team player who thrives in a highly energetic environment
