The Motion Graphic Designer/Animator/Filmmaker will collaborate with our creative team to design and execute digital content for AWM Smart Shelf LEDs as well as additional video content. We are seeking an experienced, creative individual who thinks like a designer first and can then complete that vision with professional motion graphics for retail digital campaigns. The Motion Graphic Designer/Animator will enjoy a very competitive base salary, along with a benefits package, health and dental benefits, PTO, bonus eligibility and will participate in the Company’s employee stock incentive program. The position reports directly to Creative Director.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Collaborate with Creative Director to develop and execute campaign deliverables.

· Research retail market trends and translate into motion graphics.

· Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Demonstrated understanding of typography, color, and layout.

· Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)

· Occasionally shoot and edit photos and videos.

· Ability to take brand books; style guides; storyboards; scripts and translate them into impactful motion graphics.

· Design printed and web material for brand collateral.

· Desire to take real ownership of your role on each project and see to it that all details are thought-out.

· Ability to communicate and collaborate with supervisors and other designers.

· Meticulous organization of assets and projects.

· Must be a self-starter.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Willing to sometimes work overtime/ weekends when under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics or other relevant field.

· Minimum of 4-6 years Motion Graphics/Animation experience.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (notably After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

· Working knowledge of Premiere and Maya.

· Working knowledge of modern cameras such as DSLRs, RED, Blackmagic.

· Character animator & 3D Design skills a plus.

· Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.

· Ability to translate concept into motion graphics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
