The Outpatient Wellness Clinic (OWC) provides diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults with a primary psychiatric diagnosis. Services are provided both in-person and via telehealth. Partial remote work is available.
As a Senior Behavioral Health Therapist, you will:
•Conduct initial psychosocial assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
•Provide care coordination for patients
•Collaborate on shared patients with psychiatric providers and outside providers or organizations involved in patients’ care
•Complete timely documentation abiding by The Joint Commission quality standards
•Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C)
•Current clinical license in the state of Maryland
•3-5 years of experience in direct patient care in behavioral health
•Strong knowledge of psychological disorders, abnormal psychology, and therapeutic modalities and interventions.
•Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
•Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and supportive therapy.
•Experience working with an electronic medical record

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday
