Airstream Adventures of Morgan Hill, CA is looking to hire a team-oriented, systematic, and process-driven full-time Service Manager. Do you have demonstrated success in service management? This Service Manager position earns a guaranteed $100K per year with the protentional to earn additional commissions based on service volume. Additionally, we are offering a $15,000 EMPLOYMENT BONUS! This will be paid out in 2 payments (1/2 on your first paycheck and the other half on your first check after completing 90 days!). We also offer generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), a 401(k) plan, holiday pay, paid time off (PTO), short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Service and Parts department at the dealership. This includes hiring, training, and managing the performance of Team Members, as well as serving as the department’s main contact with Guests, vendors, and representatives. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN RV SERVICE MANAGER
As our RV Service Manager, you run an effective and cohesive Service department. You manage the daily business and work process flow for the entire shop including the parts department, service advisors, warranty, and detailers. Under your excellent leadership, the Service Team members are inspired to take pride in their work. You will conduct training and meetings on safety, technical updates, and team member communication. As a hands-on leader, you demonstrate exceptional customer service and attention to quality as you assist and remove obstacles with guest repair orders. You work hard to create a positive and professional atmosphere for our team members and guests alike.
During the diagnostic, quote, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes, you oversee the total management of work orders, which often includes direct contact with Guests. You carefully review and manage service reports. Your job is also highly collaborative as you coordinate efforts with sales management to create an exemplary Total Guest Experience. You focus on improving productivity and ensuring Team Members have the skills and tools to do their job while increasing operational efficiency, controlling internal costs, and consequently enhancing profitability. This RV service management position typically works Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
