Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer supports important work related to marketing materials, website creative, email creative and more. To be successful in this role as a Graphic Designer, the ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to successfully manage projects, the ability to juggle many different tasks, impeccable attention to detail and be outgoing and fun.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, direct mail, email, and other ad hoc requests.
• Some web design with direction from Ecommerce Manager and Marketing Director.
• Establish creative direction for projects.
• Create and update agent and consumer focused marketing materials.
• Provide creative support for internal teams.
• Create graphics for consumer and agent facing emails.
• Update PowerPoint decks.
• Creative direction and/or creation of videos.
• Other ad hoc requests as needed and directed by supervisor.
• Keep organized and easily accessible files so work can be share among colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• A college degree in graphic design or visual communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical aptitude in Adobe Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• WordPress, HTML and CSS knowledge a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and time management.
