Graphic Designer II

Allytics is a fast-growing, full-service marketing agency, and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer II to join our creative team. The creative team members at Allytics are a tight knit group that continually collaborate with each other. Allytics offers a hybrid work model where you can choose to work remotely or in-office or split your time between locations.

The successful candidate should be able to edit beautiful graphics and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The Graphic Designer II will work closely with the Art Director and Senior Designers. This position reports to the Art Director.

Responsibilities:

• Produce well-designed documents and deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, web layouts, infographics, online ads, brand identity, illustrations, solution briefs, and more.
• Review and proof own work, ensuring quality and accuracy per company standards.
• Able to create and work from wireframes.
• Ensure all graphic files adhere to specified brand standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Traffic Manager, and Art Director to ensure tasks are completed on-time and to specifications.
• Execute on creative team best-practices for art production, branding, file management, and other processes such as task tracking and time entry.
• Able to communicate visual direction to all stakeholders.
• Can balance quality with project scope and art direction.
• Accurately enter time on billable and internal projects using internal tools on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design field, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio of professional work highlighting graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, color theory, layout, etc.
• Super strong attention to detail to minimize churn.
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, and InDesign
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Able to pivot quickly and juggle multiple projects with ease.
• Professional experience with giving and receiving constructive criticism.
• Comfortable participating and contributing to client reviews.

Preferred qualifications:

• Marketing agency experience.
• Familiarity with the tech industry.
• Basic knowledge of other standard creative tools such as, Adobe XD, Premier, and After Effects.
• Have worked on OFT format deliverables.
