The Administrative Support Specialist will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the Engineering department and the business unit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engineering Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support with Engineering Change Orders
• Coordinate and provide support for customer and supplier visits, as needed
• Provide some data entry and clerical support, as needed
• Coordinate and support annual Engineering offsite meeting
Business Unit Administrative Support
• Provides administrative support to the HT/Rotron executive level as needed.
• Support all communications activities within the HT/Rotron business unit.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, off-site meetings, and one on one meetings.
• Assist on new Marketing Designs for Business Development
• Support HT/Rotron Business Development with marketing, trade shows, literature shipments, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor and restock replenish office supplies
• Arrange and schedule BU events as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative training required.
• Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
