AppleOne Hiring for Jr Graphic Designer Job at Miami, FL Full Time

This Position will be in office, in the Aventura area.

You•ll be tasked with executing company and individual agent’s brand materials across all media, including digital, social media, web, and print design.

You will report to the Marketing Director & CMO and work closely with all members of the marketing team. Together you will build a pleasant brand experience for our agents and their clients. You will be working out of our Aventura headquarters.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Design • Complete designs for website, email, print, social media, and all needed projects while delivering on deadline and within brand standards.
• Solve Problems • contribute to new ideas, giving creative solutions for an assorted set of marketing and cross-functional initiatives, including email campaigns, events, classes, video conferences, listing presentations, market update presentations, and promotions.
• Stay in the Know • Serve as a resource for modern design trends.
• Learn • You should be coachable, open-minded, and thrilled for growth in your career.
• Sharp • You avoid •auto-pilot• mode, taking subjections well and thinking through requests and projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Current portfolio (.pdf or link)
• At least two years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a corporate, non-profit, or internship setting
• Bachelor’s degree
• Thorough working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Dependable
• Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills
• Capacity to reach deadlines
• Regular participation in monthly corporate community initiatives
• Effective communicator
• Local applicants to the South Florida area ONLY
