Job Summary
Aroma360 is looking for a full-time in-house Graphic Designer to join our full-service internal marketing team. The ideal candidate must be able to take a job from concept through final production under tight deadlines while maintaining the product or company’s brand identity.
The right candidate for an Aroma360 Graphic Designer must be a self-motivated individual who pays close attention to detail and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Our design preference is modern, flat minimalist design.
Responsibilities
- The Graphic Designer will create product landing pages, materials for online and offline marketing (including emails, display banners, social media, print), video assets, illustrations, and photography for content marketing
- Create compelling visual experiences optimized for user conversion, sign up, and retention
- Solve complex visual problems, and provide creative direction and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Translate highly technical concepts into a beautiful interactive design, illustrations, and infographics, maintaining visual excellence across all user touchpoints
- Develop tools, templates, processes, and style guides to ensure brand consistency while championing design within our organization
- Work collaboratively on all design projects, from conception to delivery
- The Graphic Designer will design original pieces for digital platforms. (Websites, Display Ads, Email Designs, etc.)
- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply effective typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design and/or Visual Arts a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Graphic Designer role (branding, digital & print) either in-house or at an agency
- Experience in managing multiple graphic projects and design projects
- Digital marketing design experience, specifically social media, email & display ads
- Proven past success as a Graphic Designer creating designs that yielded revenue growth through sales or user conversion, with an exceptional portfolio showing examples of multi-channel design projects
- Possess a strong understanding of media design, graphic tools and techniques
- Adobe Creative Cloud; including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver and Webflow proficient.
- Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative and persistent problem solver
- Attention to visual detail and accuracy on all phases of the design process
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Coding or Web Development experience is a plus
