Bailey Nurseries, Inc Hiring for Graphic Designer Job at Saint Paul, MN Full Time

Qualified candidate will be responsible for day-to-day execution of creative design for print, digital, trade show materials, corporate signage and more. Will provide reinforcement for video production and editing. Provide backup to Senior Graphic Designer in reviewing creative strategy to develop project plans for upcoming campaigns. Conceptualize and execute visuals based on provided creative brief and/or template, including flyers, order forms, corporate signage, internal documents, and catalogs. Maintain brand and graphic standards across all mediums. Perform retouching of images. Collaborate with Marketing and inter-departmental teams to compile necessary assets to complete projects. Coordinate vendor relationships for Bailey projects, trade show materials, and prepress. Serve as customer consultant for POP & other print projects. Execute video projects, including creative development and editing. Work with PR + Communications Specialist and Trade Communications Strategist to design tools and content for social media usage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field) or one to three years relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Suite, as well as proficient skill and creativity in video production and editing.
• Understanding of and interest in trends related to design, typography, tools, and graphic usage across various mediums.
• Attention to detail, collaborative, professional, and able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining deadlines.
• Experience in web design and animation. (Preferred)
• Conversant in HTML, CSS, and other web development tools. (Preferred)
