JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: Plans and implements overall marketing graphic and video design, promotions and advertising, and communication tactics for the system for the age population served, as defined in the department’s scope of service.
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

- Employee demonstrates the use of proper safety techniques, equipment and devices and follows safety policies, procedures and plans.
JOB FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to:
1. Duties
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Assist with creative direction for campaigns and brand
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
2. Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years of graphic design experience.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web design
- Strong knowledge of Adobe products, including InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator, in addition to an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of appropriate computer programs and applications required.
HIPAA REQUIREMENTS:
Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable HIPAA regulations appropriate to Job Position including but not limited to: electronic medical records with limitation to job functions, patients demographics and information related to patient location as it is related to information given/excluded from the media.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable safety practices appropriate to Job Position including but not limited to: incident reporting, exposure control plans, hand washing, environmental rounds to ensure safety.
Experience in graphic design required.
