Our client, a global investment management firm in Boston, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This position will support a team of Global Industry Analysts and Research Associates who conduct fundamental analysis of health care companies and also manage billions of dollars in assets. The mandate of the Administrative Assistant role is to leverage the investors’ time, and the ideal candidate is an organized, proactive administrative professional who enjoys multi-tasking in a busy team environment. Prior experience in a complex global business is needed. This role can compensate up to $25/hour and will comprise of a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
