Job Title: Associate,Creative Design & Marketing
Summary Role a very strong graphic design base, will expand and develop company design assets, build upon our digital library, collaborate on merchandise design, print collateral and design visuals for our community communication. Work with our vendors from packaging design, to design layout of our ice cream truck, push carts and other catering and social engagement activations. From coordinating the production of to sourcing unique merchandise ideas. Maintain our digital assets and training collateral while working with our QR codes for digital ordering/menu design to creating copy and video content.
Must be able to enjoy what you do, have a passion and love for ice cream. Sense of humor, a love of pets (dogs) is important, ability to juggle or audition for a stand-up comedy routines are a plus.
Role Description
- Manage projects and assignments in a way that demonstrates an understanding of the brand voice, guest/consumer insights and an ability to activate them in relevant communications and thru innovation activities
- Identify and understand what the brand stands for in the hearts and minds of consumers including brand identity, essence, vision, mission and core values to drive relevant communications and innovation
- Assist in identifying optimal engagement strategy and campaign structure to reach consumers when and where they are most receptive thru instore display to digital
- Demonstrate the ability to manage projects on time, on budget by demonstrating decision-making abilities around investment alternatives that mitigate risk and maximize return of project
- Lead innovation projects in support of the brand’s strategy such as new idea generation thru in store messaging, point of sale marketing opportunity
- Create design mock-ups and prepare presentation for concepts to pitch co-lab partnership opportunities
- Assists with implementation of marketing programs with design collateral
- Provide valuable support to the growth of existing loyalty programs, develop effective program-specific communication solutions and sales collateral
- Have an understanding of reporting on our internal and external facing marketing communication, and is effectiveness
- Supports development new products launch communication
- Create internal/external marketing communication for holidays, social and flavor calendar
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in consumer marketing, brand management or product management; OR a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, MBA or related field is required
- Experience leading marketing communication projects including digital and media strategies is preferred Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (CPG) is preferred
- Experience developing strategic brand/product plans, such as communication campaigns, commercialization strategies is preferred
- Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work creatively within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and organize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

Skills
- Design programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Technologically savvy with ability to use multiple internet and software platforms;
- Marketing or advertising experience a plus
- Ability to see through the eyes of the customer when designing in store displays
