The Challenge:
Are you passionate about helping organizations design and develop high-visibility mission-critical infographics, data visualizations, and publications/presentations for use by senior and executive US Govt staff? The Digital Solutions team is looking for candidates to help convert client needs and requirements into innovative digital design, marketing collateral, and outreach materials. In this role, you will execute visual communications projects, help guide a branded design strategy across the team, and help deliver on these time-sensitive products.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in working with graphic design and creative direction assignments
- Experience with facilitating discussions about visually representing complex data and analytic ideas
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
- Ability to work with the client to define project requirements and provide process and procedure advice for optimal visual communication product presentations
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design competencies
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic project production
- Experience with following brand management guidelines
- Experience in the IC or DoD environments
- Knowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles
- Knowledge of videography, photography, 3D animation, and interactive products
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS Joomla!, WordPress, or other Content Management Systems
- Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Possession of excellent verbal and written skills, including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
