Summary Position:
Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling administrative duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings among other activities. In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma; preferred: Associates Degree or Higher with 5 plus years of related experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. Highly organized and flexible. Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines. Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision. Maintains staff confidentiality. Working knowledge of ADP, email and all MS Office programs. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
