As the Graphic Design Manager at Branded Bills you will be in charge of leading, developing, and growing a team of designers. The Branded Bills designers are responsible for creating designs for our custom hat and apparel department. The design team works in partnership with the sales department to create unique designs for buyers across the country to help them customize products tailored to their business and demographic. A successful Design Manager is innovative, works well with a team to develop and manage less experienced designers, provide feedback where necessary, and is able to work in a fast paced environment. The Design Manager has to be up for the challenge and ready for unlimited growth opportunities within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a growing design department.
- Manage and coach a team of designers to produce results efficiently.
- Responsible for the team’s development, work assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Guide the team to design concepts and deliverables according to established timelines.
- Ensure the brand and standards are upheld through all materials.
- Provide clear feedback to the design team members, in addition to advising on program efforts to the leadership team.
- Create designs and concepts based on knowledge of aesthetic design concepts.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, layouts, and graphics including social media, website, newsletter, and printed signage.
- Understand industry trends and proactively contribute new and fresh ideas that will improve the overall customer experience.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a senior-level graphic designer, or in a similar role, with a strong attention to detail and knowledge of best practices.
- Has management experience within design or within another industry.
- Excellent understanding of and past experience with Adobe Suite.
- Has strong presentation skills and is responsible for concisely communicating strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas to the internal team.
- A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated and outcome-oriented, always seeking innovative approaches to project execution.
- A strategic and creative thinker who can problem-solve.
- Practices ownership, takes accountability, and is able to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision.
- Ability to work on a fast-paced team and build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal employees.
