Manager, Process Management
We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment. Strong leadership, relationship management skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are also essential to succeeding in this role.
The Asset Sales manager role is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to lead a critical financial process within Capital One! The Asset Sales Manager will lead a team of process managers responsible for the end to end Asset Sales process. This process includes assessing debt buyer qualification, portfolio marketing, sale set up, launching debt sale auctions, facilitating contract execution, and managing post sale support. They will be responsible for delivering and improving on an efficient, low risk process with a high quality customer experience.
The role requires strategy development, extrapolation of goals, and the ability to coordinate and motivate internal and external groups. The responsibility of the role spans across multiple functions including finance, risk management, communications management, project management, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. This role does require limited travel for conferences.
