As a Graphic Designer, you’ll help us develop Centercode’s brand by injecting beautiful modern imagery into all kinds of media, including ebooks, ads, infographics, reports, web assets, and videos. Review our website to get a sense of the our brand and content.
If you know a lot about design rules (and when to break them), you’ve bought more from Sticker Mule than you’d care to admit, and you get emotional over fonts, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do as a Graphic Designer
- Collaborate internally to create wide range of beautiful, modern content
- Develop and own our brand framework, including logos, colors, typefaces, etc.
- Elevate the brand across multiple print and digital platforms
- Design compelling infographics to communicate complex ideas
- Craft a captivating narrative across various visual media
- Create and maintain modern, engaging web pages and microsites
- Select, manipulate, and retouch stock images to fit brand and content goals
- Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. as needed
What You’ll Create
Digital assets: branding materials, icons, web pages, templates- Marketing materials: ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, reports
- Sales collateral: case studies, presentations, proposals, brochures
- Event materials: t-shirts, posters, banners, swag, party designs
- Advertising content: animations, videos, motion graphics
- Random CEO mischief: it’s genuinely fun, we promise
What You’ll Need to Do the Job
- 5-7 years of relevant graphic design experience
- A strong but adaptable illustration style that will enhance Centercode’s brand
- A digital portfolio that shows off both your experience and aesthetic
- A demonstrated understanding of core design principles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Flexibility to both take the lead and build collaboratively on creative initiatives
- Initiative to identify and rapidly work through design roadblocks
- Aptitude for turning ideas into concepts, and concepts into polished work
- Ability to articulate your design decisions and incorporate feedback
What’ll Give You an Edge
- Previous experience in a fast-paced/small company environment
- Working knowledge of: Webflow, Hubspot, Bizzabo
