We are looking for a responsible Graphic Designer to perform a variety of marketing and clerical tasks at our small, close-knit real estate office. This position can be flexible – it could be full time with health insurance included OR a part-time position (working with your schedule) 25-30 hours per week (perhaps 10am-4pm daily). Duties include providing support to our marketing director and brokers as well as assisting in daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Prefer local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design support for real estate related promotion such as e-newsletters, flyers and social media posts
- Social media management for company as well as individual brokers
- Order and organize office supplies/promotional products
- Keep the office tidy
- Running errands
Skills
- Prior experience in this type of position
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Real estate experience is a PLUS
