The Production and Graphics Specialist are responsible for the design, creation, and production of orders and requests of the production department. The details are important, at CI Solutions we pride ourselves in providing creative approaches to card designs and the timeliness of our order turn around and we count on dedicated individuals to do so!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with other departments to meet productions needs as necessary related to individual orders and projects;
- Use of Adobe Creative Suite to design card templates and graphics related to customer and department requests;
- Operate desktop card printers of various models for the execution of customer and department request;
- Learn and reach proficiency of relevant card technologies for customer projects;
- Meet or exceed provided timelines for orders;
- Speed and accuracy are a crucial factor for all related job responsibilities;
- Maintain a healthy collaborative working relationship as part of a small production team, contributions to the entire company are expected;
- Performing other duties as needed;
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Minimum 4-year professional work-related experience
· Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required) **Microsoft Excel here is a must!
· Adobe Create Suite: 2 years (Required)
· Previous graphic/pre-production art experience (Required)
· Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
