Responsibilities:
Manage google drive
Manage internal ATS
Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
Ensure qualified resumes are ready for submission to clients
Prepare/Finalize meeting invites
Supervise job boards
Provide support to sourcing team
Ensure accuracy of Daily P&L (data entry)
Complete ad hoc requests
Provide back up support as needed
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree or 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
Knowledge of Google Drive, MS Office
Detail oriented
Computer savvy
Fast learner
Excellent organizational and time management skills
