The Job:
Company Marketing:
- Assist Senior Director of Marketing with company marketing needs
- Coordinate with advertising agency to manage company advertising efforts:
- Digital including social media advertising, paid search, OTT including communication / reporting of ad spend
- Traditional media including television, radio, billboards, and print ads
- Schedule and oversee video shoots
- Create & Oversee an organic social media strategy on company social media channels, understanding working with several audiences, messages and directives.
- Write and share public relations stories promoting agents, leadership team, and company news
- Assist with headshots and video shooting / editing.
- Assist with office culture and events where appropriate, directing company-wide events
- Collaborate with regional marketing team to create marketing and training materials
- Ensure adherence to corporate brand standards and DOL compliance
Real Estate Agent Marketing:
- Provide regular individual and group training on company-provided marketing programs, materials and technology assets for agents and staff
- Ensure awareness and usage of company-provided services, tools, and marketing assets, including CRM & other tech platforms, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and traditional marketing
- Hold one-on-one and group training sessions with agents and staff to provide a high level of familiarity and adoption of services & systems
- Collaborate with agents to design customized marketing strategies based on individual strengths and goals; continue to coach agents to ensure attainment of goals
- Attend weekly office sales meetings, delivering the “Marketing Update”
- Work closely with leadership team to identify training & support opportunities, and areas for growth and progression

MUSTS:
- Must be able to work from each of multiple local offices regularly (North Spokane, Spokane Valley, and South Hill)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication or graphic design
- Awesome communication skills with Management, agents, and office staff
- Comfort & proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite; specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, preferably Premiere, After Effects, Microsoft Office Suite with ability to develop and train in Affinity Publisher.
- Social Media Superstar who understands audiences in all platforms, using of hashtags, embedded video, YouTube catalog, and social media scheduling platforms.
- High comfort level in providing video content on social media, training with loom videos, as well as live individual and group trainings. (ie don’t mind being on camera and have the energy to be engaging)
- Support in house Graphic Designer with agent directed design projects
BONUS:
- Real estate industry experience not required but highly preferred
- Photography, Video production (shooting, editing, & adding graphics)
- Include link to design portfolio / have available for review
- Proficiency in Monday.com
