Combat Corner Professional is one of the fastest growing and most respected martial arts equipment manufacturers in the US. We have an awesome employment opportunity for a confident person with a passion for graphic design. Our graphic designer position is responsible for creating digital artwork as needed for our custom products division. The ideal candidate is an organized individual with a creative mind and great communication & technical skills.
Duties
- Formats, develops and prepares graphic artwork in preparation for production and for application on athletic apparel/equipment.
- Prepares detailed graphics from given data such as previous drawings, layouts, detailed sketches and customer instructions.
- Creates and designs detailed graphics following customer instructions and established company standards and guidelines.
- Maintains and updates graphics database and graphic files.
- Revises graphics working from instructions and updated customer requirements.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established processes and procedures to perform the functions of the job.
Skills
- Experience with Corel Draw preferred – Illustrator users still welcome : )
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Creative in digital design and computer savvy
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Meticulous and goal oriented with a an impeccable eye for detail
- Skilled listening skills with the ability to execute a concept to meet customer needs
- Understanding of resolution with strong color vision acuity, CMYK and RGB color modes, as well as vector and raster comprehension
- Ability to follow direction and adapt to changes that may occur within projects
- Willingness and ability to work in a team environment, on multiple projects simultaneously frequently under pressure and often with tight deadlines
- Ability to manage time on your own and appropriately for project completion
- Excellent organizational skills is a must
- Ability to learn quickly and proficiently

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related fields.
- 5+ years experience in a graphic design position.
Working conditions are normal for an office/warehouse environment. Start time flexible between 8-10am. This is a full-time position. Our office is located at 6353 W Douglas Ave, Milwaukee, WI. Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
