Currently we’re looking for a full-time or part-time Home Health Aide to join our amazing team in Rochester, MN for day or evening coverage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide health care services for clients in their home.
- Assist with client’s personal care activities.
- Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respirations, etc.) and record their condition.
- Maintain client care records and document provided services.
- Administer simple prescribed and PRN medications.
- Provide client comfort by utilizing resources and materials; (reporting observations of client to nursing supervisor).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with basic personal care and hygiene standards.
- Caring and compassionate personality.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma/GED

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time or part-time position
- Monday to Friday – flexible visit schedule
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
