An established restaurant group is looking for GM’s to manage high volume operations with a focus on Food Quality, and fast paced service. The qualified Candidate will possess the ability to be a leader through hands on operating and attention to detail. Management experience is a plus but a track record of success is the most important quality you can bring you to the interview. We are a growing company with many years of success behind us as well.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager
- Proactively manage operations including; inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports for staff, food control, and sales
- Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager
- 2 years or more Restaurant Management Experience
- Basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
- Must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
- Hands-on management style
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Great Customer Focus
- Good Food Production Skills
- Current driver’s license
