Cove Hiring for Graphic Designer Job at Orem, UT Full Time

Cove is looking for an excellent, driven, and highly motivated Designer to join our Design team. This role plays an integral part of Cove’s Design team from social, email, print, internal, and external communications. This person will be enthusiastic, creative, and able to run multiple projects at once. Cove’s Design team has been working to update the brand creating clean, consistent, approachable deliverables and systems.

Key qualifications

· You have an exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in typography, interaction design, and visual design.

· Strong knowledge of graphic design and the creative process.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Ability to design beautiful, elegant, and usable design solutions.

· Understanding of technical constraints and can effectively balance quality and speed.

· You have excellent written and verbal skills. You clearly explain design decisions and rationale grounded in design and usability principles, even to team members who don’t share your background.

· You take initiative and believe that you can and will come up with creative solutions to big problems.

· You can step into other people’s shoes, understand their lives, and start to solve problems from their perspectives.

· You are proactive. You think two-steps ahead to solve problems, come up with new ideas, and grow as a designer under the guidance of the creative team.

· You recognize that no solution is perfect and treat everything as a prototype. Using human-centered design, your bias is toward action.
