At Crave Grille we have a passion for people, relationships, and our community. Our Goal is to create place with great food, great serve, and a great atmosphere. We are entering our 6th year of business and have seen tremendous growth. We serve quality up scale American style food, which is largely prepared in house. As we move forward we are looking for a manager that cultivates our passion for the service industry and someone who can help continue our growth as we expand our business. We have one locations in Vancouver and in the process of opening a second location in Battleground.

Passion for Food and Hospitality a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Food, beer, wine & liquor knowledge is a must.
Previous TOAST POS experience a plus, but not required.
Previous DoorDash experience a plus, but not required.
Social media Experience is a plus but not required
Our Managers are responsible for the following:
To direct and supervise all operations of the restaurant daily
Hire, Train, schedule and develop a team of passionate servers, bartenders, and managers
Interact with guests and lead by example in our pursuit of excellence in all things
Meeting the financial goals of the restaurant and monitoring regularly
Providing a Safe, Clean, and Supportive work environment for all employees
