DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for managing and executing on CRISP & GREEN’s design vision and development. This starts with having a strong understanding of our company’s values and understanding our brand and vision. Through proven motivation and initiative, the Graphic Designer will bring creativity, beauty and innovation to our brand. Because of the visual nature of our business, it is important that our Graphic Designer is comfortable with photography and photo editing. Our ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual who’s daily efforts are in line with C&G’s growth aspirations.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with marketing team to determine the scope of design projects
- Create beautiful, impactful and fresh designs for a wide range of deliverables including seasonal menu changes, menu design, store signage, marketing collateral, event materials, instructional pieces, and more.
- Craft storyboards and assist videographer to oversee video shoots
- Design promotional creative that compels the audience (franchisee prospect or restaurant guest) to take action
- Design weekly newsletter
- Support or lead all brand photo shoots
- Leverage social and platform best practices to develop social media content
- Utilize photography skills to assist in content creation
- Bring creative ideas to the table that may are beneficial to the brand
- Remain abreast of technological and industry advances to identify creative areas of opportunity and innovation
- Work cross-functionally to execute company-wide launches, initiatives, and campaigns
- Manage workflow in timely, efficiently manner using Trello
- Provide mock ups and proofs for approval in a timely fashion
- Support one-off franchise asset requests and asks
- Support through brainstorming, planning and execution of all brand elements
- Keep assets in organized fashion on server, updated daily
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year degree related field preferred
- Expert in Adobe Suite
- Preferred 3+ years design experience
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Desire to learn and develop internally
- Proven ability to transform a strategy or concept into solutions
- Enjoy and thrive working in fast-paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
