Graphic Designer/ Digital Content Coordinator

Job Description

Responsible for maintaining and supporting QUIKRETE, Pavestone, and Custom Building Products online presence. This person will be responsible for collecting, writing, editing, posting, and maintaining of all types of online content and key customer websites. This position interacts and communicates with sales management and marketing staff, as well as key account web developers and online merchandising team. Responsible for all key elements of graphic design for all three brands of The Quikrete Companies and will work closely with the marketing departments of each company.

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Manages all product details on key account database
• Collects, writes and maintains new and updated content for websites and e-commerce portals.
• Uploads data, video and photography content via content management systems as required.
• Works closely with key account online merchants and the QUIKRETE Companies’ marketing department to develop video and photography content to enhance key account websites.
• Responsible for enforcing The QUIKRETE Companies’ corporate standards and to present a consistent appearance/style throughout all electronic media outlets.

Required Skills & Required Experience:

• One to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office and Adobe platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or equivalent degree.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong proficiency in utilization of common web content management systems; basic knowledge of HTML a plus.
• Able to coordinate several assignments concurrently, including collaborating with communications personnel and designers in the execution of tasks.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Adobe Suite and graphic design experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
