CVS Health Hiring for Graphic Production Designer – Fully Remote Job at Florida Full Time

Reporting to the Sr. Creative Manager, the Graphic Production Designer will prepare layouts for a variety of Marketing projects supporting CVS’s Retail, Planogram and Store Experience teams. This individual must have strong typography skills and a mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite. The Graphic Production Designer will work closely with Ideation Designers and Marketing partners to execute and release accurate, digital-specific layouts that are on brand and meet business objectives. They will need to deliver on the brief and project expectations. Illustration skills, a background in retail and digital experience are a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and produce a variety of Marketing deliverables, including signage, direct mail and other printed collateral within templated, branded layouts, while working in collaboration/partnership with the Retail and Store Experience Creative teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
• Create decks based on a template for the presentation of concepts
• Review, package and deliver all optimized project files for release to printers, to ensure successful and accurate output
• Manage & organize multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment
• Collaborate with Creative Ideation, Copywriting team, Proofreading and Marketing
• May occasionally be asked to create simple product illustrations following the CVS illustration style guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of design production experience

• 2+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Access to high-speed internet and space to allow for remote work during Covid-19 conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail brand experience
• Photo retouching
• Photo art direction
• Email and web design experience a plus

Attention to detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect mechanical files in a deadline driven environment

• Portfolio link or samples must be provided for consideration

Excellent team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and on a variety of projects types and scales

• Must be flexible and adapt to change, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to effectively multi-task

Education
High School Diploma or GED is required

BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent equivalent experience is preferred
