We are currently heading up major Multifamily Projects looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team! If you have experience in our field, please waste no time applying.
What You Will Be Doing
– Has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the project
– Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc…
– Maintain the site specific quality control plan
– Maintain the site specific safety plan
– Maintain client relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc…

What You Need for this Position
– 5+ Years Experience Leading Multi-Family Construction Projects market Rate or affordable housing
– Wood-Framing
– 10 Mil + Projects
– 10 + Years Construction Experience
– 100+ Unit Apartment Construction Preferred
– Wood-Framing
– 10 Mil + Projects
– 10 + Years Construction Experience
– 100+ Unit Apartment Construction Preferred
Strong Plus:
– A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
