The role will primarily support B2B marketing initiatives through graphic design of websites, landing pages, email, social media, and print. You will also assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and directly interact with internal field sales teams, external marketing teams, and vendors.
Responsible for developing creative artwork and user interfaces that reflect our customer journey preferences, enhance brand awareness, and improve campaign response. Collaborate with stakeholders to write content for triggered email campaigns and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Design modern, clean creative that supports the organization’s image, goals, and online presence in alignment with our corporate visual identity.
- Create internal and external content including a quarterly newsletter, blog posts, print and digital advertisements.
- Assist with the deployment of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social, and email.
- Create and manage social media strategies and execute campaigns; grow followers and engagement.
- Assist with marketing-related campaign metrics and Google Analytics.
- Update and maintain Google My Business pages.
- Provide design support for ecommerce website (mye3shop.com).
- Organize tasks, progress, and deadlines using project management software.
- Create and manage all printed and promotional materials. Work with vendor to process orders and ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Manage online educational opportunities postings (live and recorded events).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and some HTML.
- Working knowledge of design fundamentals (Form/Space, Color, Typography and layout).
- Design experience with email marketing tools such as Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.
- Content marketing / writing experience a huge plus.
- Photography and video experience a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and follow up.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
