GRAPHIC DESIGNER with PRODUCTION SKILLS
ON-SITE 4 DAYS A WEEK IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A long term, contract opportunity as a Graphic Designer with Production skills for a theatre company located in downtown Chicago! This client features plays, musicals, family productions and more!
For the protection of the performers, this person MUST WEAR A MASK WHILE WORKING ON-SITE!
Responsibilities:

Ability to take existing design concepts and push them through a variety of sizes/platforms.

Must be able to work in print and digital, along with some motion graphics experience as well (promotional ads for social media & website)

Create original concept work around campaigns
Skills & Experience

Create a high volume of clear, concise designs with a well-balanced hierarchy of message

Keen eye for detail

Maintain the consistency of design across multiple sizes and platforms (print ads, posters to small take-one to digital ads of various sizes, etc.)

Proficient in InDesign and Photoshop—including intermediate to advanced experience with InDesign style sheets.

Experience working in Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or AfterEffects.

Prepare files for print and digital use

Ability to take general ideas about a project and its goals and create a strong graphic communication solution

Comfortable working independently or with someone giving on-screen direction
