Job Title: Marketing / Graphic Designer

Estimated duration: 5+ months (Can extend or convert)

Pay rate: $35-40/hr. on W2

Location/Remote/Workspace: Dallas TX 75201 (Onsite)

Preferred Candidates:

Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, Adobe, Premier Pro, Mac based, Motion Graphics.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• 60% production (making edits to existing creative, in different languages/sizes); 40% new creative.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Some proficiency required in PowerPoint. Ideally also has a working knowledge of Aftereffects and Premiere Pro, although advanced proficiency not required.
• Builds campaign-orientated solutions across digital, online, print and retail platforms.
• Selects appropriate key photography to support the creative message within each diaspora
• Ensures all output is brand compliant; follows Corporate Identity guidelines and collaborates with stakeholders to develop and maintain standards.
• Follows all Creative Service internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with Creative Services manager, creative designers, copywriter, and others to brainstorm solutions and implement best practice creative and production methodologies.
• Ensures all work is correctly named and stored in the correct locations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Preference for someone with experience in Premiere Pro and Motion Graphics. Mac based.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of related experience is required.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $37.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dallas, TX 75201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
