About You
- You are a skilled an iconoclast – someone with distinct sense of style, a passion for design, and a desire to elevate and innovate on every assignment.
- You’re a visionary with an aesthetic point-of-view is a must.
- You have may have previous experience as an Art Director and are ready to lead and grow in the role
- You are ready to contribute conceptually and are a skilled, hands-on designer first and foremost.
About the Job
- You’ll oversee all design-related projects from concept to completion
- You’ll be the lead designer on projects such as logo / brand design, packaging, websites of all shapes and sizes, advertising campaigns, digital media, out-of-home, email / direct campaigns, social, posters, signage – basically, if people will see it, you will create it
- You’ll elevate the agency’s overall design output and help foster a deeper design and creative culture in the agency
- You’ll oversee and mentor junior designers
- You’ll contribute and collaborate with other creative team members
Senior Graphic Designer Desired Experience
- BA in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years working in an agency, or equivalent, creative department
- Strong proficiency in both digital and traditional design standards and techniques
- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
- Up-to-date portfolio website
- Strong proficiency to expert ability in all industry standard design software, most importantly Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with other creatives and cross-discipline team members
