Regional Sales Representative – Fleet Wash Systems & Vehicle Washing Detergents

Summary:

The Regional Sales Representative position is a highly valued position within the organization responsible for driving significant revenue opportunities from prospects. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by National Sales Manager.
• Territory or Vertical Industry based focus on and close fleets of 50 vehicles or more.
• Identify and develop new business and clients through channels, networking, and cold-calling.
• Fundamental understanding of Transportation Industry customers’ business needs and apply knowledge of DyChem’s services to meet those needs.
• Develop and execute DyChem strategic sales plan for each prospect/account.
• Develop and Orchestrate a sales strategy for each prospect/account, which requires approval and input from multiple constituents within a client organization.
• Professionally present and demonstrate DyChem products and services.
• Prepare winning bid proposals with the value proposition and supporting literature.
• Negotiate final contracts and pricing within DyChem standards.
• Work with Sales Manager and Colleagues to maximize sales opportunities with the new customer.
• Manage sales cycle, quota, forecast, and pipeline for your area of responsibility.
• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of a constantly changing competitive marketplace and update internal resources (Sales Manager and Sales Teams)
• Maintain and update Salesforce consistently.
• Update reports as scheduled and attend internal meetings as requested.
• Travel to accommodate work schedule while minimizing expense.

 Company Information:

DyChem International provides Automated Fleet Washing Systems and Detergents to the Transportation Industry.  This includes but is not limited to Transportation and Leasing companies spanning across all industries involving transportation. Freight, Waste, Poultry, Dairy, Live Haul, Bulk Haul, Food & Beverage, Supermarkets, and Specialty Chemical Distributors. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years Business to Business strategic selling experience
• Demonstrable consistent over achievement in exceeding sales quotas
• Demonstrable ability to “close sales” under challenging conditions
• Credibility to strategically deal at the industry, corporate, executive, and operational levels
• The strategic consultative solution sales approach
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional energetic attitude and appearance
• Independent competitive self-starter
• Strong team player

 Highly Desirable:

• Experience and knowledge of the fleet market and/or chemical sector
• Extensive personal business network within the transportation/chemical sector
• Mechanically inclined

Base Salary: $48 to $54K – At plan, total compensation between $90k-$110k

Bonus/Commission: Uncapped. 

Expense Budget and Travel Reimbursement.
