everylittle step daycare is an early childhood education program in Queens Ny. We aim to providing high-quality and affordable programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. All childcare centers are licensed through the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene-Bureau of Childcare.

Our main objective is to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment that develops and fosters individual creativity, active exploration and learning through child-centered activities and explorations that support the development of the “whole child”. At Every Little Step Day Care, we continually strive to create a stimulating environment, where every child is encouraged to reach his/her own potential. We understand and respect that every child is unique, and they have their own individual strengths and interests. Our educational philosophy is to teach using a multi-sensory approach; we learn through play, and we play as we learn.

We are currently seeking a Certified Lead Preschool Teacher with NYS Early Childhood Education (Birth – Grade 2) Certification. We have 12-month programs with positions that comes with a very competitive salary and benefit package.

Qualifications:

Education:

• masters
• 1 year of classroom experience teaching pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, or grades 1 – 2

Experience:

• 2 years of classroom experience
• At least 35 years of age

Responsibilities:

· Creates and employs curricula that is developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of children from diverse backgrounds.
