What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Legacy Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• -Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  -Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
  -Confer with facility managers in order to provide information, coordinate activities, and discuss opportunities
  -Inspect sporting equipment and/or examine participants in order to ensure compliance with event and safety regulations.
  -Maintain standards of play and to ensure that safety rules are observed
  -Signal participants or other officials to make them aware of infractions or to otherwise regulate skating experience
  -Explain the rules and regulations governing ice rink.
  -Keep track of event times, including rink times and starting or stopping sessions when necessary.
  -Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Your experience and skills include:

• -Hockey or figure skating experinece
  -Previous point of sale system experience an asset
  -Excellent communication and organizational skills
  -Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  -Highly responsible & reliable
  -Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  -Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  -Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
