**Hybrid Remote – Raritan, NJ – 12 Month Contract + Extensions**

Must-haves

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Required) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premier Pro, Acrobat
• Fluency in Microsoft 365
• Good working knowledge of Figma
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing your range of design work and processes.

Day-to-Day

This new Visual Designer role will be working for our client’s current Visual Designer as part of their wider Employee Experience team. They will be focused on the portfolio of work their existing Visual Designer covers to provide much needed expansion of capacity for this work. The separation of their consumer business is generating a considerable number of additional needs in this area in terms of web page design, instructional guides, communication experiences, infographics, and many other forms of sharing information visually. This role will be joining as part of a much wider team who are delivering solutions for the separation of our consumer business.

• Design and implement visual design concepts and materials for all End User Services and products including internal and external presentations, traditional and online adverts as well as designing websites, landing pages & email campaigns.
• Designing logos/icons/custom graphics for internal programs and communications.
• Preparing materials for print following best design practice and ensuring best visual results and liaising with printing houses on the productions and print logistics
• Following design trends, creative tools and technologies to be able to offer current, relevant design options/advice, particularly in development of digital and interactive design.
• Have some working knowledge of UX/ UI, innovative thinking and web design principles to guide digital assets delivery and solutions.
• Developing concepts and executing on multiple projects in a timely manner
• Able to deliver high quality original work, in compliance with branding guidelines, procedures and/or protocols, within tight deadlines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
