Overview
This position is responsible for creating custom embroidery and twill designs as well as adjusting customer provided art for use in digitizing. The artist in this position is responsible for creating high quality designs that are sensitive to aesthetics, while maintaining specific production and efficiency goals. This position is centered around learning and retaining knowledge and developing an understanding of basic embroidery processes.
