Job Title: Jr. Graphic Designer
Position: Entry Level, Full-Time.
Create a bagel ad.
Assist during photo shoot at the pool.
Design email marketing for new martinis.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a diligent, enthusiastic, and creative Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for brainstorming, coordinating, and designing omnichannel collateral including, but not limited to, email marketing, social graphics, restaurant menus, presentation decks, in-store signage, event programming, and print ads. You will work closely with the marketing and operations team to understand objectives and translate them into clear, cohesive, on-brand deliverables
+ You’ll be working on a small team. Collaboration, respect, and a no-ego attitude are musts.
+ You’ll be managing projects end to end. Organization and a serious attention to detail are non-negotiables.
+ You’ll be supporting a wide variety of businesses. Imaginative thinking, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a willingness to take on challenges and tasks—big or small—are vital for your success.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Brand Strategy and Creative. You’ll work in-person in our Downtown Dallas main office.
The Ideal Candidate
– Has strong design skills and knowledge of the fundamentals, including color, typography, composition, and messaging hierarchy
– Has an eye for elevated design, particularly in the retail and luxury spaces
– Genuinely loves branding, creativity, and the process of making fun things
– Is keen to learn, open to constructive criticism, and interested in growth
– Can comfortably work on multiple projects simultaneously while self-managing deadlines
– Delivers design work complete, accurate, and on time
The Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of in-house or agency experience, or relevant internship, or strong portfolio of student work
Portfolio (to be submitted with resume)
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; After Effects experience is a plus
Interest in food/beverage, fashion, arts, hospitality, culture, and social media/digital marketing trends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
