We are looking for a Director of Healthcare to lead our team of caregivers at The Heritage at Legacy!
Directors of Healthcare
- Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
- Have the opportunity for ongoing learning and training of associates on new principles and methodologies of care for improved resident outcomes.
- Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.
- Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members.
- Assist residents in personal care and activities including bathing, laundry, cleaning, grooming, dressing, transfers and meal service.
- Develop process and procedures that builds operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meets state and federal guidelines.
Our Directors of Healthcare
- Have an active RN or LPN license with the state or hold a compact state license.
- 3+ years of experience of leadership experience in healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience providing care to cognitive and memory-care residents or patients preferred.
