The Graphic Designer is responsible in helping drive the creative strategy, look and feel of Holman for internal and external audiences. You should be passionate about creativity and communicating the brand with a clean, clear, and fun approach. With direction from the Marketing Manager of Media, Public Relations and Internal Communications –and in collaboration with a team of designers, content writers and agency partners –you will help to execute the strategic vision of Holman. The designer will develop and produce both print and web materials that promote our branding goals. This includes but is not limited to: Intranet web pages, web banners, email templates, brochures, newsletters, and blog images, infographics, themes and key art. Applicants MUST be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. An understanding of motion graphics is a significant plus. Principal Purpose of Position:

• Use Adobe products to develop and produce creative graphic design solutions as they relate to employee communications, internal campaigns, Public Relations efforts, email design, web design, social media, print collateral, direct mailers or any other graphic assets used in marketing communications.
• Work in conjunction with marketing team to fulfill the needs of the business
• Develop and create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
• Stay up to date with the Holman lines of business strategies and branding guidelines
• Works with content team to create templates that communicate effectively with customers and encourage them to take action.
• Follows manufacturer, industry experts and competitors to monitor digital presence and align priorities with customer needs
• Ensure all digital properties meet Holman standards at all times
• You may be asked to assist in the content production process which includes but is not limited to video and photo shoots.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Four-year college degree, in a graphic design program

Relevant Work Experience:

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing campaigns and content development
• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• On the cutting edge of latest trends and best practices
• Detail oriented, deadline driven and organized
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Social Applications
• Ability to listen, be flexible and take direction in order to reach brand goals
