Originally named John F. Kennedy Hospital in honor of our nation’s 35th president in 1966, JFK Medical Center has since grown into a multi-campus medical center with four Palm Beach County locations.

Job Summary:

Provides professional nursing care within the Medical Surgical Department, coordinates care planning with other disciplines.  Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.  

Our nurses who work within the Medical Surgical unit at JFK care for Neuro patients.  Registered nurse responsibilities include all aspects of patient care. This care includes monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and respiration, as well as managing the pain and nausea.
