Skills Performance
- Develop candidate pipeline of RNs, PTs, OTs, LVNs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, and virtual interviews
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
- Maintain a high volume of requisitions
Requirements
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- 1 year of RN PT OT high-volume recruiting
- 1-year of corporate recruiting experience
- BA Degree highly preferred
