In this position, you will design, create, and/or replicate computer graphics to meet specific product decoration and fully sublimated apparel artwork. You will design copy and art layouts including proof sheets and renderings for customer approval through collaboration with the sales team to ensure superior quality K1 product is produced. A variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative elements will be used. Support K1 Core Values:

Requirements:
- 4-year education/experience or bachelors degree in Graphic Design, apparel preferred
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software
- Strong portfolio of prior projects and work experience
- Pride in attention to detail and desire for excellence
- Self motivated and proactive problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and comfortable working in a face paced, deadline oriented environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Web design, marketing knowledge and creating content for social media a plus

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
