REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field
- Be able to multi-task with the ability to self-manage assignments on short and long-term projects
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
- A self-starter with an ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively
- 4 + years of solid design skills working in digital design, proven understanding of creative design fundamentals
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Video Editing (PLUS)
- Strong visual design aesthetic and conceptual thinking
- Knowledge of file format types, such as PDF, TIF, EPS, JPG, PNG, GIF, etc. and how to create/edit them.
- Strong knowledge of CRM design and user experience
- Passionate about digital platforms including web/digital, multi-page collateral, social media, digital ads, and video
- Photography experience (PLUS)
- Beauty Industry Experience (PLUS)
- Proficiency in English
- A digital portfolio of recent work is required for consideration

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the design and production of marketing materials in a variety of formats including print packaging, sales collateral, presentations, flyers, booklets, and brochures
- Photo re-touching when needed
- Development of visual creative collateral for all e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design customized CRM campaigns and collateral digital material
- Development of digital creative assets for social media and digital marketing paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc)
- Be up to date with social media content trends and new formats
