Kforce Hiring for Junior Designer Job at Draper, UT Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a Junior Designer. The Junior Designer’s primary focus will be to deliver creative solutions in a variety of content mediums that will provide a path of education to our ever-growing student base. The creative material includes (but is not limited to) lesson presentations, motion graphics, architectural diagrams, illustrations, animations, course artwork, study guides, and video thumbnails/slide animations. Assuring student’s success is of the utmost importance, and this role will play a huge part in that.

Responsibilities:

• The Junior Designer will create graphic assets using standard industry tools including the Adobe Creative Suite
• Design engaging and creative course materials designed to communicate visual solutions to

content provided by the Training Architects

• Contribute in outcomes through consistently meeting or exceeding OKR’s set out by

management and optimizing workflow to continue to champion the success of our customers

• Regular engagement and collaboration with Training Architects and providing creative

solutions to ensure high-quality content is delivered to our students

• Cross-collaboration with other designers throughout the content production process to deliver market-leading content
• Execute deliverables within the production process
• Use knowledge in Graphic Design to build creative presentation design and other

material to support our Training Architects

• Execute deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
• Proactively own a career development plan and work with his/her people leader to identify

opportunities to continue to grow and develop

• The Junior Designer will learn and train with our Senior Graphic Designer on methods and techniques of graphic

design and layout

REQUIREMENTS:

• A passion for creative design
• Ability to effectively communicate visual solutions and contribute to other Graphic Designers

to efficient design practices

• Ability to work in a team and problem solve through utilizing resources in teams and

knowledge management/documentation

• Ability to use good judgement when selecting methods and techniques to identify solutions
• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
