What does the position entail?

We’re looking for a team-oriented and passionate individual to join our growing Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the design, layout and formatting of materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team in creating concept development that is based on the overall company strategic vision. Additional tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Create high-end conceptual design for various campaigns, brand identity, signage, trade show materials, and promotional materials that is keeping with our brand image.
• Work on design revisions for sales and marketing materials.
• Work in various mediums and ensure brand continuity across all platforms (print, social media, brochures, etc.)
• Work on multiple projects with varying complexities and deadlines.
• 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience
• Strong design skills
• Ability to provide an on-line portfolio showing a wide variation of design experience and conceptual designs
• Must be proficient in Adobe; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Strong production skills
• Possess a strong attention to detail
• Experience in transferring concepts and designs into social media

Requirements:

What is required?

• 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience
• Must be eligible to work for any employer within the U.S.
• Hybrid work schedule, however, ability to commute to the Nazareth PA office weekly
• Strong design skills
• Ability to provide an on-line portfolio showing a wide variation of design experience and conceptual designs
• Must be proficient in Adobe; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Strong production skills
• Possess a strong attention to detail
• Experience in transferring concepts and designs into social media
