Food Service Specialist Description: Individual will perform a variety of food preparation duties. Responsible for large scale preparation for a 38-bed community residence. Responsible for ensuring that all foods are prepared to meet dietary needs of residents and are in accordance with all health and safety regulations.

Food Service Specialist Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience providing the required knowledge is qualifying. At least one year experience in a restaurant or large volume food service program is required. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to move supplies and use equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
